-Guest may check-in earlier than the standard check-in time subject to room availability and shall be charged with early check-in charge.

-Should guest wish to check out late ,this must be arranged with our hotel representative.
-Early departure will be charged at full rate of the remaining room accommodation.

Prepayment/Payment Cancellation/ Ammendment:
-We require full prepayment of the accommodation to confirm reservation.
-Payments are non-refundable, only re-bookable within 6 months from check-in date. Hotel requires notification before check-in date. Failure to notify hotel may result to the total amount of the accommodation
-Guest who did not arrived within 24 hours of check-in date and time will be charged the total amount of reservation.
-No-show will be charged the room rate applicable for the entire length of stay.
Children and Extra Head:
-Children 11 years old and below stays for free, sharing bed with parents, breakfast not included.
-Children 12 years old and above accompanied by 2 persons will be charged per day for extra head.
Beds
-The bed provided is already good for 2 people.
-Each room can only request for a maximum of 1 extra bed.
-Standard, Premier, and Deluxe rooms are equipped with double-sized beds with a dimension of 54” (140 cm) x 75” (190 cm).
-Superior rooms, Themed rooms, Junior and Executive Suites are equipped with double-sized beds with dimensions of either 54” (140 cm) x 75” (190 cm) or 75” (190 cm) diameter.
Other Policies:
-Room rates are good for two persons, in excess of 2 persons, extra head charge applies.
-Extra head is for the access to facilities only, meals are not included.
-Unpaid bills must be settled when leaving the room.
-Minors under 18 must be within those who exercise parental authority.
-Pets are not allowed inside the premises
-Cooking of food inside the room is not allowed. We promote round-the-clock room service.
